No Proof of Payment

<p>On Sunday evening I made an online purchase, made an eft payment and added the company's email adrrsss for payment notification. Monday I recieve no communication from the company regarding the status of my order. Feeling frustrated I call and ask what is the matter. To my surprise I am informed that they never recieved a proof of payment. So with confidence I agree to send through another proof of payment. Call again and inform them to check and they still have not received it. So this time around I decide to send it to myself and surprise surprise I didn't receive the proof of payment. Sent to my 3 other email addresses and till now I have not received ANYTHING!!!!. What annoys me me the most is that come month end u guys will have charged me for all my attempts and yet I have not received not even 1. I know look and feel like a dishonest and *********** person because I am claiming I made a payment and yet I can't produce my proof. I have used both cellphone app and online platforms still nothing. I honestly refuse to to liable for all those charges and would like to know why am I NOW not able to send proof of payment. I can't get through the call center neither am I able to send through a email enquiry. This is not the easy banking u guys speak so proudly of when I can't do the simplest thing ever like send a proof of payment. </p>
