No progress so far... Same old story

After my complaint on hellopeter, I was contacted by FNB... They AGAIN requested the information to send the card and I am still going to have to wait for another 3 to 5 days for my card to be delivered, even though I have been waiting for months now.

Secondly, No-one has contacted me yet, regarding my unpaid debit order fees that were deducted from my account, even though I requested for those certain debit orders to be disputed and stopped. I am still very unhappy with fnb and will not be banking with them for much longer... As soon as I am able to get my salary and two policy debits changed to my new bank, I will be leaving fnb.
