NO PROCESS AT FNB AND JUST FRUSTRATIONS

How is it possible to talk to 3 different consultants and all of them gives me 3 different solution, of which all of them are just a process and not actually solve my issue. May you PLEASE release MY money. I am BEGGING at this point.
