NO Private Banking service: Dorah Marasi

Im an FNB private banker who has been waiting to be contacted by my so-called banker - Dorah Marasi for 2 weeks now. she has ignored my emails and call to her mobile number. im highly frustrated, because when she called me to sell me her value, she actioned what HER interest was, NOTHING that i required of her. I need for her manager to contact me ASAP, because clearly shes not interested in servicing me.
