No premier service

Attempting to downgrade premier bundle account to gold, due to no service from premier bankers. FNB conveniently drops the call every time I phone. Secure chat has bears not fruit. The only parts of FNB that works is electronic banking, the moment staff are involved its a problem. Please downgrade my accounts as per the many requests you have received now, over the last months.
