No Paypal for customers who had an old FNB account
What a struggle in opening a Paypal account. First National Bank is the mechant for Paypal South Africa and you must have to open a FNB account to gain access to your Paypal money. However if you had an old credit card account with FNB and it is closed, you are unable to open a FNB account and thus are unable to use Paypal. How many other South Africa's are limited with this and why is FNB the only merchant for Paypal. FNB can you assist me with this problem please.
