No payment holiday

I made contact with Fnb on a number of occasions to inform them that I am at home on a no work no pay basis since the start of lockdown. Still they continued to debit my account and incurred more cost to me because I dont have money in the bank to pay. I send them prove and they confirmed receiving it. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!
