USELESS service when it comes to their PayPal division. I have spent HOURS sitting on hold trying to finish this link up so that I can use their online service to withdraw my PayPal funds. At EVERY step I need to give them a call where I sit on hold for another 10 minutes just for calls to be dropped and have to repeat the process over again. With a company that has monopoly over withdrawing from PayPal in South Africa I really would have expected more.
