NO PAID UP LETTERS

I have been requesting for assistance from FNB debt review department in getting paid up letters amended with the following account numbers each, because the initial letters I received had different account numbers which makes it difficult for me to get a clearance certificate. Account numbers:1.*** 2.*** 3.*** 4.*** 5.*** All I'm requesting is to have the letters amended as such that's all,pls assist in this regard...
