No Paid-Up letter as promised
I have settled my credit card account with the appointed attorneys on 27 November 2023. I was promised by them that I will get a paid-up letter from FNB within 14-22 working days and this did not happen. So how now? I informed Sibongile Maphasa directly at FNB on 28 November and also to no avail......
