NO OVERDRAFT BUT THEY ALLOW transactions to exceed your FUNDS. *******

I have items not paid and have been charged R120 for the past two days. why do you authorise/approve transactions, when there IS CLEARLY NO FUNDS IN THE ACCOUNT?????????????????? I have no overdraft. You clearly do this to all customers, as Ive read the other clients struggles with this issue!!! Absolute *******. You also told me last year to have my card delivered to me as it would avoid me being charged R100 for the card...YOUR STAFF DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT! I was told this amount would be reversed for the misinformation your branch manager told me at CRAIGHALL. how the hell do I fix this? without a further R120 being charged today? HUH?

So FNB advises, that merchants have a floor limit, and can charge your account even if you don't have funds. So basically its fine to take money from a depleted account. Thanks Merchants and FNB for the *******. MONITOR YOUR . Also ask to have the floor limits blocked, apparently you can do that? wish FNB had told me earlier. waste of time and money. Thanks for the unnecessary anxiety.
