No outgoing lines for any ***** department employees?!

Trying to report ***** on your card is very fun when you have a ***** department who can't make outgoing phone calls! So FNB, in a country with ***** you decided it a good idea to not have them fully equipped to do their jobs?! Seriously pathetic! I want a phone call from the according team and i dont care how it gets done, just get it done! Sick of the bull**** service we receive from these corporate companies! Surely you can get them phone lines considering all clients pay account fees to you for a reason! Shape up FNB!
