No outgoing calls falling on deaf ears at FNB

Twice this week, I am unable to make outgoing calls during crucial business hours. All complaints are met by automated responses and no assistance whatsoever.

No outgoing calls but incoming works - this it cannot be the loadshedding.

Six time this year. It’s the worst service ever!

Nobody even returns calls. Automated emails say they’re on leave and expect a delayed response.

If you delay the payment, they will suspend your line. But when they delay service, it all okay. Another trashy service again and again and again.
