No outcome in respect of ***** complaint case number: ***

No reply to ***** Complaint - FNB Case Number: *** since Feb 2023. Various calls and mails and secure chat has lead to promises of outcome letter.

In their opinion, after FNB identified ***** on my credit card, I am liable for over R20 000 debited to my credit card from a source in Dubai. As per FNB mail, the amount can only be "written back" to my credit card once the *****ster has banked the monies on their side?????

I cannot lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman without the outcome letter which remains a promise and no show.

Not even a reply from my personal banker after various mails.
