NO outbound calls for the 12th time this year - FNB Connect

For the 12th time this year, there are no outbound calls or SMSs. I have written to the regional managers, area managers, service centres and so many others at FNB with no assistance and often no responses. FNB as huge corporate cannot give you hgood service,then what is the point of anything in this country. Every week for the last month I have had no outbound calls, sms or data. I cannot even call their call centre!!!!!!!!

FNB is one useless and pathetic organisation which takes its cutomers money and does not deliver as per its promises and advertising!!!!!!
