no order.
Been at the branch that has no air conditioning and my expected queing time was 16 minutes after receiving the ticket. I just came to get a bank statement and im now sitting here for about 40 munites in this hot place... If thete could just be someone that deals with the quick staff.. Cause right now it seems as if all are doing enquiries judging by the amount of time each client spends with the consultants.
