No option to translate FNB statements from Afrikaans to English

How is it possible that in 2023, FNB cannot print Afrikaans statements in English instead? I have to go to the branch to change my language to English - cannot be changed online or on the app. And even then, only the statements going forward will be in English. I need my statements in English ASAP as we are emigrating and need it for visa purposes.
