No one wants to help downgrade to esay account

I'm disappointed I opened a new a account 2 days ago a ENCORE ASPIRE CURRENT ACCOUNT that is R35 the account number ends with 853 all I asked for is for the account to be downgraded to a pay as you ues easy account but no one seems to be able to help the reason why I wanna downgrade is because I only wil be using the account to get my sassa money so I want to he on the pay as you ues esay account of R5 can anyone please help with the downgrade I'm very disappointed in fnb
