NO ONE TO HELP CLEAR ACCOUNT

Been trying for months to get a phone number for FNB legal debt department for personal accounts and everytime I EVENTUALLY get to talk to someone, I either get cut off or get passed around from one person to the next. Got through to BUSINESS legal about 2 weeks ago and he cut me off. My experience 'how may we help you' .....is the BIGGEST lie......they are NEVER there to help personal account clients. This all started 3 years ago, I phoned so called personal banker, left messages and the 2 occasions I did get to speak to her she was supposed to get back to me, WAITING.......They obviously don't care, just want more interest......so much for a 'PERSONAL' touch
