NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW HOW TO HELP ME

<p>I have been on the phone needing assistance to activate my 3D secure online for my online purchases,but no one seems to know how to help me. </p> <p> </p> <p>What is the point of having ahelp line if you are not going to help????</p> <p> </p> <p>I am thoroughly NOT impressed!</p>
