No one seems to know how or who can help!!!

I have an investment/dividend fund/shares with RMB that was done by my Grand Father for myself and my brother and ive been trying for the last hour to find someone who can help me! Every one keeps passing the buck and giving me different numbers I need to phone and NO ONE seems to know who can help me! Ive spoken to easy 15 - 20 people who keep passing me onto someone else!<br> <br> Can someone please help me!? I am sure it cant be that difficult to search for a Name, Surname or ID Number to find something out for me? I have contacted my Grand Father and he has none of the documents or a policy number.<br> <br> My brother and I used to receive cheques from RMB many years ago and are no longer receiving any, so I am trying to find out what I can about this, whether it is an investment or Dividend fund or what ever.<br> <br> I find this completely ridiculous that no one knows who or how to help!<br> <br> Can someone PLEASE contact me to assist in finding out information regarding this!!<br> <br>
