No one knows who is responsible for anything

I have never had a good experience with FNB. Every time I need to speak to someone regarding an account I have or had or just a query, I have to speak to 5 or 6 people before I am put through to the right person.

They have too many departments and each department never knows which department is the right department to handle the query at hand.
