No one knows whats is happening
FNB you need to train all staff that work there to use the same bad excuses so everyone corresponds stories and that you don't sound like you don't know what you are doing.

N1 city branch Sarah to be exact is rude, unfriendly and just plain out sounds like she doesn't care to help anyone or even want to be at work, she also does not explain procedures properly and has the completely different answers to what Head office does. I will be closing all 4 of my accounts with them as they are basically useless.

Lintikile from head office, you didn't really help me but I appreciate you being so patient and explaining things clearly, I am very sorry that you have people like Sarah that have to give you an even harder job that what you have. unfortunately the people you don't directly deal with has to lose business and make a situation unpleasant for you.

I am highly disappointed in the Forex department at FNB. I closed my account at Standard bank for previously losing my forex cheque but FNB I thought you were far superior than Standard Bank but it turns out you definitely NOT!!!

What is happening to banking systems...
