No One Knows What They Are Doing!

Shocking service from FNB Personal Loans & Personal Loans ***** department!

I was offered a pre-approved loan through the FNB app and proceeded to go ahead with the offer to consolidate some debt and to settle my credit card. Being a victim of ***** in the past I had listed my ID with SAFPS for my own protection. Knowing that this letter is required for any credit application I proactively chat to an agent and asked where I could send this letter before they ask me for it. I was asked to send it to *** which I did. This was on the 3rd of April. I received an sms again requesting this document be sent to another email address, fnbloans*****@fnb.co.za, which I did once again. Later that day I followed up with an agent and was advised to send it to yet another email address, ***, which I did. The next day I followed up again and was advised to go to my nearest branch with the victim letter and a copy of my ID. I drove to the branch and submitted my ID and Victim letter and the lady at the branch said it was done I need to make contact with the personal loans department again. On 19 April I followed up with the loans department and was told they have the documents and I should expect feedback in 48-72 hours. On the 21st of April I receive an email stating that they have received my documents and they are very apologetic for the delay but I would receive feedback in 48 hours. Today 25 April, I still have not heard anything so I decide to follow up. and GUESS WHAT!! The agent asks me to email this document again to fnbloans*****@fnb.co.za. She says that they have sent me this sms but never received any of my documents and that my finger prints were not taken so they declined the loan! Well done FNB. I will be taking both my personal account and my business account to another bank.

Now FNB sent me an email saying a high priority complaint has been lodged and they will phone me. Yes someone phoned me and told me to once again go to a branch to submit the same document I have sent to them four times and that I have already submitted at a branch.

So their way to resolve the issue is to just send send me from pillar or post once again.
