No one knows how to do anything.............

I have trying for months to get my credit card to show on my wife's banking APP. I have given her power of attorney signed many forms. Been to the bank 15 times and no one's seems to know how to add my credit card to my wife's banking profile, she has a debit card and credit card linked to my banking profile and but on the banking App she only sees the debit card. How Flippen difficult is this to get right.

And your stupid banking people at customer care keep sending me instructions to create an additional credit card for my wife which I have done twice and paid for I might add and she still cannot see the f*&cking credit card on her banking profile.

How the F%$ck do I sort this out........................?????????????????????????
