No one knows how to contact anyone

FNB please can someone help I am trying to get hold of my business Relationship Manager Andrea Sedubi but I got more chance of getting hold of Michael Jackson and he is dead the number your call centres provided doesnt work and the other number is a fax line. The only person who slightly could help was my personal private banker.
