Iam currently out of the country and FNB has blocked my account.I have tried fnb secure messages but they told me they can not help me as I need to go to a branch.I explained to them iam not in sa and was told well that's all or send a mail bit mail never got any response.Fnb should change their slogan from how can we help to how can we not help you...
