No one is willing to help!!!!

This is the God honest truth.... Not one person from FNB chat can help me change my depth order dates not one. I put on the application the 31st and they debt me every single month on the 25th and there is no money for them to debt. Again I fill in the 31st... Low and behold I see the f#ckn form and it's going to debt me on the 25th after I choose the 31st last day of the month!!!!! *** The service is getting worse and worse
