No One Cares

I really don't understand how 'FNB Connect' conducts their business. I'm still awaiting a call from them regarding incorrect billing from my contract. Clearly no one knows or even cares. I cannot wait for ever. I would compliment good service, but have never experienced this yet from them. Such incompetence and empty promises from a bank that never gets it right.
