No one cares

I submitted notice via email last week, that I am intending to sell my bonded property, therefore I am giving the bank notice, a week later, there is still no response that they have recieved the email and can confirm that notice had been given. I have been calling the home loans line since last week and its a joke. After a long hold listening to that horrible music, it just stops abruptly followed by silence, then the line is cut. I have been trying to call them for a week and if my email was responded to initially, I would not have had to call and be subjected to such horrible service. Is there something wrong with the phones or is staff simply cutting calls? Absolutely distasteful
