No one can help me help me complete an "APPOINTMENT OF TRANSACTOR" form

It has been impossible to find someone to talk to today who could help me complete an "APPOINTMENT OF TRANSACTOR" form with reference "BB_TRAN_SST".

When calling the business line, no one can help and they always tell me to call account openings without realising I already have a business account opened. When I call account openings they tell me they can't help because I already have an open account.

I have a contact at the bank but when asking to speak to him, no one can put me through.

Likewise, no one seems to be able to put me through to someone who can help me with some simple questions about the form, either from the Permissions department or elsewhere.
