No one can help me

I've been trying to settle my revolving loan since last week Wednesday with no success, I tried the live chat got the worst service of my life, I went to the branch all that everyone does is give me numbers, I tried all this numbers given to me ***, ***, ***, ***, ***, using my my airtime but still I couldn't be assisted, the last person from live chat "Tribute" was so arrogant and rude, is it that difficult to find someone who can assist me so that I can settle my account? I'm so disappointed by the service that I got from FNB.
