NO ONE CAN HELP, AFTER AN HOUR BEING TRANSFERED FROM PERSON TO PERSON

I have a paypal account, the number *** that is on the website does not exist. I've called FNB call centre after over an hour of being transferred to different departments no one can assist me. The problem that I'm having is that I was client many years ago but have closed my accounts due to the poor service I've received and it looks like it's still an ongoing FNB thing that no one can assist. I cant open FNB paypal account as the system tells me I'm an existing client. My online profile was deleted, but now in order for me to log into my old account i need to have an ATM card number. No one can assist and you just get transferred from pillar to post. After an hour, i hung up and now logging a public complaint.
