No one can explain this to me.!!!!!

IVE BEEN WITH fNB since i left school in 2010. This year and last year during this hard time. My bank fees has increased. I pay with my gold acc. Up to a R1000 banking fees. Money is taken from my account and no one can explain this to me. Im in tears. Im a single mother of two. Im now charged with another R 400+ as i am now a private banker. No one phoned me, nor did i sign anything. My account is now in - .... with quite alot.

I am cancelling once sorted out. Fnb is not the same bank it used to be!!!!!!! I want this sorted.
