No one can do a statement at FNB. No knowledge in all the staff.

FNB removed my home loan from my profile since Sept 2019. Since then I have begged them for a statement. I have written several complaints on Hello Peter. Each time FNB closed the complaint without issuing a statement. I sold my house in December 2020 - still no statement. After many, many requests by e-mail, to this day I have not received a statement for my home loan. I really need this statement for tax purposes, but it seems there is not one person in FNB with enough knowledge to issue a statement.

Also, I have asked several times to STOP the Covid loan. I see debit orders going off for this loan, but I have no idea what benefit I get from it. Once again FNB refuses to issue a statement, so I don't know where the money goes to.
