No one can assist me!

Took a temp loan with FNB 2 years ago. Had some issues to pay it, and was sent to the debt collectors. Finished paying everything, but FNB still has me on credit bureau with the full payment amount each month, causing issues with my affordability.

Tried phoning 100 different numbers, everyone just saying, their department does not work with it, and then handing me off to the next unlucky person. After a few transfers, the calls drop.

Today I tried phoning again, but kept getting 'number does not exist' for all FNB numbers I try.

@FNB, if you can be so kind as to assist me?
