NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE

This is directed towards the Credit insurance and collections department.

Last year I was retrenched and summited my paperwork. According to the Terms and Conditions, the credit insurance covers 12 months of payments. I was told by the consultant that they only pay 6 months, and if I am still unemployed after that time I can reapply. This is not stated ANYWHERE. Nor was this ever emailed to me, so I have no paper trail. - Convenient. Because of this the collections department has been calling me. I eventually resubmitted my claim as i was told to (Affidavit etc) but never heard back. Ever since I have been trying to get hold of the claims department to establish the status of the claim and to find out what months will be covered. But EVERY TIME i call, I sit and wait, and then the call drops.

Collections calls, I answer and the line drops. - I call back, the line is dropped. All I want to know is where my claim stands. My credit record has been damaged because of FNB's incompetency, but its not their problem so why should they care.

So here I am as I know this is the only way I will be noticed. So please FNB, can someone from Claims and Collections call me. I want to get this sorted.
