No one answering while trying to make payment arrangement for Covid-19

I had to phone FNB to make a payment arrangement on my personal loan - due to the National Lockdown I am receiving no income as my place of work is closed. After spending somewhat time on hold the line disconnected - upon phoning back the message was stated they close on 13:00 on a Saturday. I am trying to make arrangements and getting nowhere.
