No notification on reinvesting my funds

I have a savings investment that expired in May I did not get any mail to notify me that it was close to expiry. It had now moved to an automatic reinvestment. I called in last year and notified fnb that once it comes close to expiry I would like to move it to a fixed Islamic term investment.this was not done. FNB I would like this resolved as I feel that I was not even notified of any information on my account.
