No Notification / No courtesy

It amazes me how FNB treats their customers in this tough economic climate! And how they just do what they want on my account without giving me notice.
You suddenly decided to debit my account when I've been transferring money on time every month without fail. Why did you not notify me of your intention. I did not sign a debit order with you so what you are doing is *******.
You decided to reduce my credit card limit without giving me prior notification. I need the funds. I have a budget! So at least extend me the courtesy to notify me so that i can arrange my life accordingly.
You can't just take and do what you pleas!!!!
I will be changing my account for my salary to be transferred somewhere else where I have control... not you. This is my hard earned money after all!
