Reverses refunds, made by SARS, on your account without any notification. They claim, you should have seen the funds were paid but not available and you should have queried it. What a joke! There is probably going to be a comment saying I need to discuss this with SARS. Now they just shrug their shoulder and leave you with the mess they created with letting you know.
