No notification for amount less than R100.00

on the 30 October 2014 upon checking online statement I realize that there was a stop order for R99 that was done in my account, I called FNB and they told me that the company deducting my money is Digicash, and I called Digicash and they say they are collecting money on behalf of other companies and they company deducting my money is black rand communication and i called black rand communication and they wanted me to give them my ID number for them to assist me on why they are deducting money from my account(I did not give them my ID number since it is not save to do that and i did not enter into agreement with any company ) My problem is that with FNB you only receive notification if the amount taken from your account or if you buy something for more than R100 ,So FNB is a target for this ********** companies because they know if they take amount less than R100 i will not get notification, what about those people who don't have internet access or who cannot check their statement .I recommend that FNB look at their costemer getting notification for amount less than R100. I am even thinking of leaving FNB and joining other banks that have notification for amount less than R100.
