NO, NO, NO, FNB!!!!

FNB - bank of the unchangables. This bank never stops treating customers like cattle. FNB stays the worst possible bank in the country, It keeps changing to suit the bank, not the customers. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER open an account at FNB. This bank is unhelpful, rude, always in a crises and they just do JUST DO NOT CARE about their customers. I tried in vain to call FNB about a problem with my online banking and they REFUSED to help me. That is after somebody at last answered a phone call during working hours. My phone call to them was an agonizing wait of hanging on to the phone just ringing without somebody answering it for about 10 minutes! I had to phone 4 times. I keep paying for services at FNB that I just don't get. NO, NO, NO FNB!!! Not the way to go.
