No new card 6 months later

I was charged for a replacement card but over 6 months later it has not arrived. I spoke to one of your agents via the chat functionality who devised I would get my card 7 days later and 3 months later I still do not have my card. This is one of many issues I have started experiencing bad service from FNB lately and I'm definitely looking at my options so I can leave.
