No need to visit a branch - EVER

Been banking with them for years. So convenient. I can't remember when last I have had to go to a branch. Their app is so easy to use and for more complicated transactions, their online website covers the rest. They have a great team who contacts you with offers that will help you with reduced rates and changing cards is a simple and easy process. My partner and friends bank with other banks and I must say none of the issues they complain about is ever a problem for me.
