No multiple devices allowed in short amount of time??!?

Orderd one of the black Friday deals about 2 weeks ago and received that. Ordered a phone last week Friday and received a confirmation message. On Monday was phoned by DigitalPlanet to say FNB has put my order on hold. Used secure chat and was told that it is in verification and they will let me know in 1-2 days. 2 days later nothing but silence. Use secure chat again and was this time told by the agent that FNB doesn't allow multiple orders within a short space of time. Would have been great if I knew this beforehand and wasn't sitting around waiting for some "verification" if they weren't planning on going through with the sale anyway. I would like to know where on the site this small print is regarding the time limit between devices. Agent told me he forwarded my stuff to some other department now, but I don't have much faith in hearing from anyone anymore.
