No more FNB for me!!!

It's now been 25 Business Days since I've lodged ny complaint,and STILL NO FEEDBACK!!!How many "Business Days" must someone ACTUALLY wait???? Thank God I opened another bank account!! Believe me,I WILL NOT MISS FNB AT ALL!!!! I decided to save ALMOST R750 and opened the EXACT type of account with the EXACT same benefits that I had BUT only at another better bank.Let's see if they will really not miss my little more than a R1000 I use to give them,for free and for doing NOTHING,every month
