No more emailed monthly bank statements

I have a business account but FNB in their wisdom have decided not to email monthly bank statements ! This is very inconvenient for anybody. So much for their slogan " how can we help you?" I feel this is really petty and a slap in the face, after all the bank charges they collect from us.
