no more email statements

FNB has stopped sending statements by email. You need to download it every month. This is a waste of precious time. Also it makes it hard to store these statements. After 3 months, they charge to download. There are at least 10 reasons why email statements are better than downloading.

When i sent a message on twitter to Rb jacobs, they said you can change the request to email statements by emailing the department. However this is the response i get:

Kindly be advised that Credit Card statements will no longer be sent via emails. Credit Card statements will now exclusively be available and accessible for download and viewing from our secure platforms, the FNB Banking App and Online Banking.

Been with FNB since i started working, almost 10 years, Ive seen lots of good things, but they ruining it with stupid decisions that will eventually make us leave. Im just so unhappy. Mybroadband has a thread full of complaints of people who also want their statements emailed.
