NO MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE = MORE PROFIT

I purchased 6 ebucks vouchers to be redeemed at Checkers. I received no SMS's with the vouchers. I tried to contact FNB using different methods on the banking app. Nothing seems to work. FNB makes it extremely difficult for their customers to engage with them. (I've had numerous similar occasions).

HelloPeter is the only way I know of, as FNB does check this app and they don't want negative reviews. Shame on you FNB, and trust me when I say I tried different methods to contact you. The gateways are there, but one end up at a lost end or listening to an endlessly long recorded message.
